Mike Millner

Mike Millner has been a high level nutrition coach for almost 10 years. He has a gift for understanding the psychological and physiological needs of his clients, which has led to thousands of success stories. Mike believes the most important thing is connecting with you and understanding where you’re at in your journey. Personally, he has been on every end of the spectrum when it comes to dieting and everywhere in between. He’s been ashamed, insecure, overweight, orthorexic, skinny fat, and finally embarrassed to step foot in the gym. But he’s come out the other side into a place of balance, harmony and good health.

Mike’s goal is to help as many people as possible to navigate through life as a healthy individual in a way that’s sustainable and enjoyable.

Joe Sheehy

Joe Sheehey is the Founder and CEO of the leading cannabinoid wellness brand, CURED Nutrition. As a former NASA contributing aerospace engineer, he led much of his life doing what he was “supposed to”. Now, he is committed to pushing boundaries and changing the narrative around cannabis to contribute to a future of health that looks much different than the past. After decades governed by a strict set of rules and adherence to socially-acceptable paths, Joe left a life of comfort to create one of true impact in this world.

The same day he left corporate America, he found himself sitting in a therapist’s office where he soon awoke to the reality that the only permission he was searching for was that which he had been neglecting to give to himself. In that moment, he vowed to live only in boundless possibility. He has dedicated his life to elevating consciousness on all fronts that, as a united human collective, breathe genuine happiness, health, and fulfillment.

Freckled with periods of anxiety, depression and suicidal attempts, his path has been far from the most glamorous; but through years of resilience, perseverance, and renewed self-awareness, his journey shows triumph through every tribulation. Now, his mission is to guide others towards this radical sense of self-actualization.

Shannon Collins

 aka "The Gym Nurse"

Shannon is a registered nurse, certified nutrition coach, personal trainer, and mom of 2 teen daughters. She become passionate about health and fitness after her own personal transformation journey after losing 40 lbs and building muscle. She's passionate about helping women become their strongest selves so they can not only look great, but live a long, healthy, independent life.

Marci Nevin

Marci is a fitness and nutrition coach based out of Northern California. For the past 12 years, she has worked with clients both in person and online, helping them to embrace a love of strength training, while teaching them how to use proper nutrition to fuel their bodies for optimal health, performance, and body composition.

Having overcome disordered eating and overexercising, Marci now believes that proper nutrition and intelligent strength training, coupled with stress management and daily mindset practices, are at the foundation of people becoming their best, most confident selves. She is passionate about teaching people these tools to help them overcome their struggles so they can have the confidence to live fully and pursue their purpose.

Aram Grigorian

A former finance douche and party boy, Aram came to the hard realization that it wasn't the things in his life that drove him, but the impact that he made on the lives of others in a positive way. He started personal training people after being laid off from his finance job, and 10 years later, has coached hundreds of clients with his belief system of food quality/quantity, training intensity/frequency and rest/recovery. He provides food for thought daily on his instagram page @4weeks2thebeach and he gets clients to release themselves of their limiting beliefs by changing perspective and helping folks see that there are solutions to everything if you want to find them. He offers full service coaching which includes training programs, nutrition programs, and the mindset work required to tie it all together. He co-hosts the Other Side Lifestyle podcast.

Laura Micetich

aka “The Iron Giantess”

Laura Micetich is an educator, trauma-informed trainer, certified Transformation Specialist, nutritionist, and glute specialist who transformed her body - from 340 pounds to bodybuilder - and her mindset - from eating disorders to self love. She now works to create safe space for herself and others around vulnerability, coping mechanisms, and self acceptance to help shift and heal our relationships with our bodies and minds from trauma to teammate.
